(*These apps run natively on Mac computers with M1 chip but we're still testing and optimizing them for Mac computers with M2 chip. We recommend using these apps currently in Mac computers with M1 chip only.)
If you're on Mac computers with Apple silicon, you can install the following apps using Rosetta 2 technology. The apps may initially take longer to open while Rosetta 2 translates them for use in your Mac computer.
We provide support for the apps listed above. We haven't certified other Adobe apps yet and don't support their use on Mac computers with Apple silicon. For best results, run all other Adobe apps only on operating systems and hardware platforms noted in the system requirements.
We recommend reinstalling the apps on your new computer instead of migrating them using Migration Assistant. If you still want to use Migration Assistant, deselect the option to migrate applications or uninstall your Adobe apps before migrating.
Already used the Migration Assistant? Run the CC Cleaner Tool to remove Adobe apps and components that were copied to the new computer. Once the applications are entirely removed, you can install your Adobe apps on your new computer.
Today when installing my apps on my laptop the app store crashed so I let it reopen, today I installed Davinchi resolve 17 - and I'm getting very very laggy playback and it's not what I had seen in every other video review. I'm even getting the beach ball on regular usage..
Unfortunately I'm also having this experience with my M1 MBP 16 Gb / 512 Gb. The whole computer feels sluggish and laggy even when performing simple tasks such as web browsing or opening and using simple built-in apps. This is very disappointing, especially that I ditched my Windows 10 laptop for the Mac experience based on my iPhone 12 Pro Max which is a very fluent device. I'm also plagued by nonsensical issues such as my external display and gigabyte ethernet adapter regularly not being detected. This is very annoying for the amount of money this computer cost me, I could've built a ridiculously powerful desktop PC with this kind of cash.
You can get rid of files associated with software in just a few clicks. Using apps such as AppTrap and AppCleaner, you can drag the trial software icon to the Trash and all of the files hidden away in your Library (where they're kept on OS X) will be deleted as well. 2b1af7f3a8
